Emco holds all the following certificates which confirm high quality
of our products.
Halal certification provides that used ingredient for final products are permitted under Islamic Law.
Products are certified Vegan if they are not of animal origin and at no stage of production and processing has been made of or has the product been supplemented with ingredients or components of animal origin.
Products are considered vegetarian if they meet the requirements of VEGAN with the difference that in their production the milk products, eggs, honey, or their components may be added or used.
The Rainforest alliance seal means that the certified product or ingredient was produced using methods that support social, economic, and environmental sustainability. We care about clime, nature and humans rights, therefore, we use certified cocoa and palm oil.
The Canadian Celiac Association trademark is used for products sold in Canada and provide that those products meet the requirements of the Gluten-Free Certification Program.
Gluten-Free trademark is used under license for products sold globally a provide customers information about gluten free products.
AOESC standard for Gluten Free products declares that final products are manufactured only from ingredients which do not exceed gluten level 20 mg/kg and meet the special dietary needs of people intolerant to gluten.
The Beyond Celiac trademark on packaging provide consumers in the U.S.A. that those products are manufactured in a facility that meets the requirements of the Gluten-Free Certification Program.
The European Union organic logo gives a visual identity to organic products produced in the EU. This makes it easier for consumers to identify organic products.
Non-GMO means a product was produced without genetic engineering and ingredients are not derived from GMO materials. Non-GMO Project Verified additionally means that products are in compliance with Non-GMO Project Standard.
Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit helps to understand standards of labour, health, safety and environmental performance. We use SMETA to evaluate and measure the social and environmental compliance.
BRCGS Global Food Safety Standard is one of highest food standard under GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative). The Standard provides a framework for food manufacturers to assists in production of safe, authentic, legal food and to manage product quality.
